Shipping Information

We process most orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. When you place an order, we offer flat rate shipping to most of Canada with options for FREE shipping when your order reaches a specific total.

Shipping To Remote Locations

Special arrangements can be made to ship your order remote locations such as Nunavut, Yukon, North West Territories or Newfoundland & Labrador. When shopping online, please follow these steps:

1. Submit your order online.

2. Select "Pick up in store" as your shipping option.

3. In the notes section, please indicate that you would like your order shipped along with the address.


We will provide you with a shipping quote and a payment link via email. Once paid, we will send out your order.  If you wish to cancel (due to shipping costs) we will then issue you a full refund.


Warm Weather Shipping

When temperatures heat up, we may temporarily hold your order until it cools down to avoid melted or soft fudge & chocolate products. You can also choose to have your order shipped with cold packs for an additional charge. During the hotter summer months, we may decide to temporarily make chocolate & fudge products unavailable for shipping. Please note that once your order is shipped, we cannot guarantee that the chocolate or fudge will not melt during transit as we cannot control the weather and other conditions.  Please exercise caution when deciding to order these products during these times.


Damages During Shipping

Please note that we are not responsible for damages to products once they leave our location.  If your product arrives damages, please contact the delivery company to make a damage claim.  If you need assistance, we can always help you with this.


Returns Policy

We want you to be happy! If your candy isn't fresh or to your liking, please let us know. We will work out an exchange or refund. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).  All shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you need to return an item, simply contact us. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
